It could be anything. The IQs of the parents do not garauntee the IQ of the child. Other genetics could take precedence such as Down's Syndrome.

You can estimate it. Dumb parents produce dumb children. Smart parents produce smart children.
Since both parents are highly intelligent, yet the gap between them is very large, you would expect the child to fall within the range of 140-160, with high accuracy.

It is really hard to say..because the child could get their genes from either side of the families...and the child might not get the super intellegence at all....usually though, when there is brilliance on both sides of the family..the outcome is bound to be a brilliant baby!

Genetics aren't the only factor in intelligence... it depends on how the child is raised, the environment, their drive, etc.

if there are no chromosome or other genetic problems, and the parents are good teachers, i think the child will be very intelligent based on those numbers.

super genius parents have been known to give birth to downs syndrome babies, and so on. Genetics has less to do with intelligence than environment.

depends on nuture, not nature, how you are raised and what you choose to learn determin how high your iq wil be.
