If you're having floater coffee, you must be in England or somewhere in Europe. Don't think I can make it from California while the brew is still hot, so can you save some back? I'll be there, oh, sometime Sunday, your time.

Can you leave the marzipan off? The rest sounds great but that marzipan always reminds me of those ugly fruit candies made by adding food coloring to little blobs of it.
