is fastfood healthy and should i stop eating it ive stopped for a couple weeks now and do you think that will do me good i dont eat a lot of it either

Fastfood aren't health try some salad from McDonalds, drink water instead of soda, and try eats some fish instead of meat^^.Also do some jogging ^^

Wow, that's a lot of questions.
Let me see...
I like to eat soups, salads, really yummy sandwiches like from subway and the fresceta(from Wendy's) but I also like french fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, fried chicken sandwiches, double cheeseburgers and onion rings and mozzarella sticks.

Some fast food is healthy and some is not, let's just say if you look at a hamburger and you arteries start clogging that you probably shouldn't eat it.

Well, if you go out to eat you're spending a lot of money for just a little food. If you buy groceries you can experiment with a bunch of different stuff for a lot cheaper.

Fast food is not healthy eating. But the best fast food that is good is a Whooper from Burger King and the french fries from McDonald's.
The next time you want to eat fast food...just go thru the drive in at Burger King for the Whooper and then drive to the McDonald's for their fries. Hmmmmm Goooood !!!

I like Burger King stuff, milk shakes, KFC specials on tuesdays before I go to the Dollar Cinema. That's my big spender evening ! LOL... Eating a lot of it is not very recommended though because reports say it is not healthy.

Its about making better choices at whatever restaurant you go to and eating in moderation. Instead of Big Macs and whoppers, try chicken sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls and Subway sandwiches. I'm a sucker for Quiznos and Jason's Deli.

It depends on what u eat, subway is pretty healthy, there is also a selection of salads and stuff like that at mcdonalds and wendy's, ans chinese food they have steamed stuff that isn't that fattening, but as far as the fatty stuff, everything is good in moderation. as far as what I like to eat, wendy's, subway, taco bell

I don't eat fast food but I will eat Dunkin Donuts

Fast food sucks in Connecticut, we have none of the best chains. My favorite fast food place is Carl's Jr... specifically their BBQ bacon cheeseburger.

Some can be healthy....salads, grilled chicken burgers mostly, Wendy's has a baked potato, just don't add butter or sour cream
