Yes, I would care about her weight. I hate to be the first @****** on the answer, but it is true for me. I like girls who are smart enough to recognize the correlation between fitness and health. If I am only estimating their physical appearance, then lean and toned are my preferences.
However, personality, and being smart enough to realize I am wonderful, are very attractive to me. Confidence and presentation are also quite important.

This isn't a well worded question...what kind of relationship...is the smart girl good looking or ugly...does the skinny one have cancer or an eating disorder...does the one with the pretty face not know what 2+2 equals. Assuming that this is going to lead to marriage and the pretty face one is super hot (a 10), the skinny one is hot (a 9), and the smart one is attractive (an 8) I will have to go with Smart...can't talk to a person with an I.Q. of a door knob.

just to let you know...majority of men do not like skinny girls. There is a turn on for men when they see a woman putting food in her mouth...I think I don't have to explain. A pretty face is much nicer to look at. However, a good diet and exercise is always a winner!
