hi, sweetie, You are doing realy great! But why dieting while you do work out? OK....all you need just eat healthy, not eat after 6 pm, drink 2 litres of water per day. What hapens when you dieting is---your body doesn't burn all fat because it trying to store some, in your case it's in abdomen fat. When exercising Fat burns easily if you give your body enough calories, so the body is happy with constant amount of calories in it and gets rid of stored fat.
Best wishes, Angelika

I'm not sure what kind of exercise you are doing but hopefully you are weight training at least 2 to 3 times a week, aerobic exercise 4-5 times a week, and eating 5-6 small meals a day. Strive for a serving of protein, carb, and a little bit of healthy fats in each meal. If it still doesn't work, try reducing total calories for the day little by little until you see results. Check out this website and you can get more information on that subject.

If you want to miniaturize your waist you should practice so-called vacuum exercise. When you get up in the morning you must stay on all fours and draw into your stomach as much as possible. Stay in this position 15-25 sec. Do 3 sets. Do it on empty stomach.

100% guaranteed!

Well done for losing the weight!. The stomach is a muscle and Im afraid there is just one answer, exercise that muscle! there are plenty of DVDS etc on this. Or get some free advice from your GPs or girls mags. Or you can buy one of those exercise belts with pads on that do the work while you can sit down on the sofa or just walking about

You just have to keep at it. Stomach crunches will tighten and strengthen your abdominal muscles but it wont reduce the fat in that area. Targeted/spot reducing fat is impossible but once the fat is gone you will be wanting abs I assume.

You are probably like me in terms of body type where the stomach retains too much fat on the stomach even when the rest of you looks skinny, it is just something you have to learn to put up with. We have to get leaner than other body types to shift that last bit.

firstly congrats on managing to loose the weight. As you have lost weight i wouldn't worry too much have you tried sit-ups? that may help tighten your stomache muscles.
just remember not to do too much at once!
