Just don't name your dog anything close or rhyming with a family members name and be careful not to have its name sound like any obedience commands. For example, you would not want to name him Sid because its sounds too much like sit.Not Shay,...too much like stay.Give him a fun name, stay with one or two syllables.

you have to watch your dogs to find names for them. when we had a littler it was funny how names came to us. we had called scraper why well he was the only one that was all the colors of the other puppies.. we had 2 cream 2 brown 2 black and him he had each color in him the smallest baby was little bits. dustie why he love to roll in the dust and when you picked him up and pet him the dust would float up and get all over you. so wait and you will see they kind of pick there own name.
