Hair fashions go back and forth year to year, even century to century.

The "gibson" girl hair style of the victorian period was specifically to show off a slender neck.

Roman/ greek hair styles also piled ontop of the head were designed to show off a swan like neck.

Like many graceful female attributes the feminine version of beauty is usally the opocite of the male, the man should be robust, and the female delicate. When the hair is worn up it shows the smooth skin and lithe shape of a very intimate part of the body.

It all goes back to when we were primal apes, grooming is the main form of social interaction and it does draw attention to the area you are messing with - men do pouty stuff too but I think women get a bit competitive about who is the hottest cos of upbringing, I mean, red lipstick itself is straight from baboons waving their arses in the air isn't it, or have I watched too many nature progs....

I'm a guy, and what I find more of a turn-on is when a woman with hair past her shoulders will wear it all on one side over one shoulder, and exposing the whole side of her face.
Why it turns me on, I don't know.
But, that's why we have such a variety in the human race - different people are attracted to different things in the opposite sex.

Uhm, I always hate having my hair behind my ears because in my opinion it isn't that attractive on me. . . So to you, I am questioning what you like.

ok first of all, in my opinion i think of the emo/scene seem isn't eye-catching. that's a wannabe eye-catching. i'm sorry yet in my opinion i think of maximum of then are style of trashy looking. the 1st be conscious that plops in my ideas is "whore." yet as quickly as I see an stylish lady alongside with your self i think of of the be conscious "alluring." Be your self and don't be something your no longer. If he needs you to alter your self then he's no longer somewhat worth a while.
