i read somewhere that guniess is supposed to be good for ure, i dont mean drinking it, i meant tipping it over ure hair.

Moisturize moisturize moisture. What I do though that helps me, is when my hair is damp to just barely wet, I put John Frida Frizz Ease hair serum on the ends. It works, and makes them shiny and makes then healthier looking.

you have to keep them moisturized so that they dont split. when you condition your hair, put it on the ends first and let it soak in. try to keep some kind of oil on your hair, you dont have to use it daily unless your hair is dry.
