um, those were your gifts! Your cat loves you...she/he doesn't exactly have a credit card or knows your favorite stores.
i say keep your cat inside.
sorry the snake bit you.
my cat does the same thing with bugs. We praise her for it, she finds more & puts them on her rug for us to see. She also watches us flush them down the toilet....she likes that too.

What an active cat!! Very good hunter, which is what cats do. They hunt. Sorry about the snake bite. Hope you are okay.
The cat was showing you how good of a cat it is. They were presents, and you were supposed to be happy, from the cat's way of thinking.
We had a live copperhead brought in the house, along with other various critters, so I feel for you. I try to get my cats to understand the presents stay outside, and they have to be DEAD!! Then, and only then, does the cat get praised. (And treats.)
Best wishes.

Your cat lifted his leg to pee? Not typical cat behavior. Are you sure he isn't a dog?
Either you, or Bix, or both have some issues. Buy Bix some toys and play with him a little bit every day. Try getting him a cat companion to play with and occupy his time. Keep him indoors-always.
I wish I could sleep as soundly as you do. How is it the cat was able to bring all of his conquests into the house then line them up on the bed, one at a time, without you waking up? Does he have a backpack that he loads up? Maybe you should take away his house key because my guess is that he is sneaking in and out of the house several times during the night. He is going on mass-murder sprees and this is no good for either of you. You know what they say about cats who torture small animals, eventually it escalates to abusing small children. And eventually adults, and with you sleeping as soundly as you do, well you might just wake up without some of your parts one morning.

Boy...he sure loves you!!! Cats do that to give you a gift. The only ways to stop it are keep the cat inside, make it wear a bell on a breakaway collar (not 100% effective), and only let the cat out on a leash while supervised or in a cat tunnel (mesh tunnel designed to let cats outside safely...like a long cage).

Its a cats natural instinct to hunt. You cant stop what comes natural. How is the cat getting inside? If there is a cat door, block it off until you get up, and so if your cat has a little suprise, it'll be left outside. Have a little place your cat can sleep until you can let it inside.

Wow I am sorry to hear that. i hope your ok. The only thing I can think of is to keep the cat outside or inside. It's not good to let your cat go outside and inside of your home. No telling what he/she will bring into your home. I wish the best for you and your cat! ~amy~

Put some little bells at his collar, that will warn the little creatures that he is approaching. Or make him an inside cat... In the mean time you might want to call some rescue centers to help the creatures that he injured.

Bad kitty! I'm surprised he could actually catch all those animals and drag them in one at a time, while you were sleeping. But, just in case your story is true, you should keep him in at night. Next time he could get into a fight with a porcupine, a skunk, an opossum or a racoon and you'll be really sorry for him!

Not letting the cat out is probably the only option, though if he's used to being out that'll be tough. Maybe you can build an enclosure for outdoors so he can hang out outside, but not get into trouble.

too bad about the bite.
cats bring prey in because we are obviously so inept that we cannot catch dinner for ourselves.
This is their way of saying, "since I'm in charge, I've got to feed you...".
I'm with the others. When you're asleep, the cat should be inside.
