Depends on your personality. If you are aggresive, then you can kiss her when you make her laugh and kiss her off guard. After that, still make a joke out of it. That's ur style.
But if you are mellow (I assume you are since you are asking this question). Then, you should create or wait for the right moment. You can tell when it is right. Most likely after dinner and you guys have a small talk while hugging each other or sitting very close, voice are soft, the conversation has an underlying sexual stimulation. They you don't need to ask or say anything. Just look her with yout eyes look sexual and kiss her. After kiss her don't say anything, just quiet and smile a little (ya only a little) while look at her eyes. Wait for a few seconds. She may kiss you herself this time. DonE!
