from last 2-3 months my gums are bleeding everytime i do brushing...m really worried now,what is problem with my gums? i m using soft toothbrush and colgate paste...is this serious problem? i m really worried

this is first time i m facing gums problem...and from last two months i m on diet also...sometimes i strave myself to get slim....can this be the reason?

Well, if you've never had dental problems before and they are just bleeding a little bit then it's probably something to do with your diet. Ask a nutritionist.

Your diet may be affecting the condition of your gums. Don't starve yourself. You aren't helping yourself at all. You can cut down on your portions and get some exercise. Also, please take a multi-vitamin.

You may need to consult with your dentist about your gums. In the meantime, rinse with warm salt water. That helps your gums.

The problem can get very serious- gum disease and tooth loss.

Go see your dentist. It may or may not be related to your diet. You could be brushing too hard, or you could have gum disease.

You have gingivitus, or you could be brushing really hard. Go see the dentist to be sure.

it happens to me too but im brushing too hard so im trying to do it softer
