No, most people who think they have STD are people who have done something they are ashamed of, and so they are thinking the universe will punish them. It's like a form of hypocondria.

Don't worry, and whatever you did, don't do it again!

Here's when you worry/get tested:

* If you have a sever itching or burning sensation, discharge or discomfort when urinating, or other obvious symptoms.
* If you have had unprotected sex with someone who you KNOW is infected.
* If you have had unprotected sex with another man.
* If you have had unprotected sex with a sex worker.

Other than that just ALWAYS USE CONDOMS and calm the hell down, you'll have a heart attack and then it won't matter if you picked up the clap!

A headache can be a sign of a virus, but I think there would be other symptoms involved besides just a headache.

No, but you could have Lyme Disease. you would have headaches if it invaded your central or peripheral nervous system.
