Inhaling helium from balloons is funny, but can lead to death if done repeatedly and in excess.
It also causes headache, nausea, faintness, lightheadness. but no buzz effects, so don't even try it for that.

It's as bad as inhaling ANYTHING into your lungs. And it changes your voice, and it can make you pass out. Which passing out introduces you to a whole new level of risks.

no its actually not..we inhale helium everyday..we actually inhale more helium naturally..its the concentrate thats making it change vyour voice..it has no effect...but..some people with anemia shouldnt try it...
