Yes!! All these people who said no need to read "Animals in Translation" by Dr. Temple Grandin a professor of animal behavior at Colorado State University. She states that animals can see blues and yellows but not reds. Most of her research is in cattle.... and she make a point in saying that the red cape in bull fights doesn't make bulls angry because they can't even tell its red! Infact, cattle don't like the color yellow (think of a bright yellow raincoat) and prefer a light lavender.

The answer should be yes, though their sensibility is not as developed as in other species. It is due to the composition of their retina, mostly the number of some cells named cones. Nevertheless the interpretation of the information provided by color is not critical for the survivorship of carnivores. The smell gives most of waht they need to survive.
As a compensation their ability to detect movements in their field of view is quite good.

I asked my vet this same question out of curiosity and they stated yes they can although their perception comes out a little differently. My vet gave me the example that dogs don't see the color red as the same as we do. Interesting.

yes and no. Though thier sight, which basically stinks for all dogs except for the sight hound, is nothing copared to thier sense of smell and hearing. But they can see some colors, but they see mixed colors, so I guess so...

No, animals are color blind, so that mean a bull can't see the color red.
