People using their translators... and the answers really sound... as if they were using translator (what means that most of the answers here SUCK!).
spanish from Spain is not that different. Mainly for the second person plural. And here.. you are not using it. So... it'll be as ANY Spanish speaker can say it.
"Puedo ser localizado por teléfono en el número 555-555-5555".
If said by a girl, just change "localizado" by "localizada".
You are using passive voice in your original sentence, I am keeping the passive voice in the Spanish version.

Im colombian and have family in spain. you have many options. The most commonly used expression is:
" Mi numero de telefono es..333 33 33.."
or:
" Si me necesitas llamame al ...333 33 33.."
0r:
" Me puedes llamar al..333 33 33"
or in Spanish (spain) way:
" Llamadme al ...333 33 33

I just want to add that "más mejor" is a terrible gramatical mistake, it would be just like saying "most better" or "betterer". The correct form is simply "mejor".
