not necessarily. If said cow decides that is the path she wishes to follow, then, yes, but not just because she was raised in a church. She may just be a spiritual cow. Or perhaps a worldly cow.

No I think a priest or a minister have to bless it before it is a holy cow. A good church cow just isn't enough as far as I am concerned.
