They are two different species and their "equipment" just doesn't match up.

Amazing question I've been breeding budgerigars for 26 years, the only thing that got ****** was a bird when the cat got hold of it...?

LOL, Well, pretty good, sense birds have been known to do , perches, fake birdies, fingers of unsuspecting owners, and just about anything else they can get a hold on to. But don't expect any feathered Kitty's.
