Is it me or does anyone else ever wondered how many people use this site to ply for custom (payable), arrange illicit s** (non payable) or just try and get themselves fixed up with someone they barely know??

Because they have such low self esteem, they feel "sex" is the only thing they have going for them...so that's how they try to get other's attention...
I think it's rather sad actually...only the most worthy ever get to see me naked...and then, only in real life...
