I wouldn't grab him by the hand, but maybe ask him to speak to him alone and tell him how you feel. Maybe grabbing him might be too aggresive, especially if he's shy. Also, remember it might not be the response you want..just remember theres lots of fish in the sea.

If he's really shy and you did that there's a chance he'd probably still wouldn't ask you out. You need to take the initiative, ask him to go hang out, watch a movie,... and after a couple of times he should understand whats going on.

If he's really shy then you are going to have to make the first move, but if he doesnt feel the same about you dont expect him to ask you out.
Do it...As long as you're ready for whatever answer he gives you.

If he is really shy, I think that would send him running for the hills, scared to death. Just take it slow with him, and maybe just ask him for a drink some where, if you have a coffee house near by, go there even.. Just don't push yourself on him...

yeah..why not but dont just grab him in a middle of a street...tell him you'll show him something....i think its romantic....but are you sure he's single and is looking.......you may be hurt if he says no....so be careful.....
