Yes, but the government won't they have no balls, they need to shut down the border, but they are doing what President Fox wants, he wants them out, so his government dose not have to help them or spend money on their poor. He is using them for slave labor they send Billions home every year, money the United States will never get back. It is to late they are here and they should learn to speak English and contribute their time and money to help other and not send there money back to there former country. They should not save there money in these other countries and when they get older and retire go back to their former countries and leave their families here

The cost to grant amnesty is far greater than massive deportation especially as it is spread out over multiple years as they are caught remember these new things add up more $$

*Health care they have never had medical insurance why would they now.

*Welfare / HuD they are here for those low paying jobs no one wants? below poverty level meaning they pay no taxes but suck up ours

*Social Security will be bankrupt soon enough but all US citizens will recieve some form of retirement you can not work those jobs no one wants forever

*Public education. remember the US has no set language meaning every class will need to be taught in spanish and english... and in which case im requesting german too I may not speak it but why should my heritage be left out.

Drivers licenses if you cant read english i hope you know the meaning of a big red octagon because you have 11 million more people on the road now think they will have auto insurance with those jobs no one can take because they are all to low paying?

no one knows the exact number so how long will this amnesty period last because im sure that there will be plenty more comming to take advantage and we can have the whole mexican population here in a matter of a few years. ( not a bad thing ill go to mexico in that case get me some nice beach front property cheap and live with all the US citizens who left to find those better paying jobs down there since supply and demand US has to many cheap workers the demand for the High paid ones will drop)

My personal opinion?
Step one....
Any company found employing an illegal immigrant is fined $35,000 an average persons pay for one year whether they knew there status or not instead of the 500$ fine or whatever the joke is now

Step 2
Any property rented out to and illegal immigrant knowingly will be confinscated and sold to help pay deportation of its residents
UnKnowingly fined the rent paid for 1 year at an average similar property.

Step 3
Any fake paperwork being handed out comes with a minimum of 30 years in prison without any deals or deportation and all assets confinscated to pay for your deportation

Step 4
Citizens must show documentation when a child is born have it revieve citizenship children born in the US must have atleast one american citizen for a parent
Step 5
Militarize the US borders we are at war and a large number of US bases are along borders it wouldnt take much more give them the autority to stop people crossing in levels if need be by force if mexico dosnt like it they can put there own sanctions on us and stop the exportation of illegal imigrants seeing as how it is there major export if they tried to litterally block thier exports to the US a large portion of the companies would actually move back to the US as so not to lose thier main customers...

Learn english and the US military is a great low paying job no one seems to want and in very high demand serving grants you citizenship always has and no one will question your rights

this covers the majority of the problems although someone is sitting at home going to argue the fact on how we should pay to let them stay because they pay taxes and get nothing and really want this... we have paid taxes since we where 18 or earlier the majority of us have recieved a very large ammount back for it

jobs allready in place as soon as we reach working age why social security dosnt bother me

schools for children = property taxes ( and done lie private schools get funding too just not as much its your choice and they are still going there so they can get those better jobs that where already set up)

Gas tax / registration = roads highways

50$ court cost on my seatbelt ticket = courts that you people love to sue each other

and other taxes going to balancing out world events Trade/high tech job market incentives/ and military spending the US has been attacked once in the past 60 years and not because we make friends its because we tried to be the good ones and not pick a fight.and the US spends far less on military per GNP than north korea or Israel be happy for your nice house to live in without rockets flying past your windows


and if we are starting in the year 1776 lets see who has ancestors that have served in a major US war... the majority of them making them all US citizens but i would love to see a draft like other countries any US resident over 18 must serve atleast 1 year in the military or will lose thier citizenship by 21
i would happily back date that to anyone who hasnt served

This issue is only still being debated because whichever party has a majority vote aginst it if they become citizens they will have voting rights... which in my opinion they should never receive even if they somehow manage to get to stay
