I kinda know what you mean. Im a naturally tiny person who can eat whatever I want and never gain an ounce. Ive always been small, Im 5'6, and about 105 lbs and Ive never weighed anything over that so its not that I lose weight, its just that I never gain any. But what gets me is the second someone will offer me food or my parents will tell me that dinner is ready and Ill say "no thanks" or " im not really hungry", there first thought is that I have some kind of eating disorder or something. That pisses me off so much. I love food! I eat at least 3 or 4 times a day and its mostly fast food ( you know the stuff that usually makes you blow up) Its just that I dont gain weight. But look to answer your question, dont let it get to you, everyone is so obessed with everyone else and who is too fat and who is too skinny, but they have no idea what that person is about. If your ok with your eating habits and your healthy, then thats all that matters. Take care of your body and cherish it, cause no matter what, its beautiful.

Because it is your attitude to eating. Not liking to eat is unnatural as your body is designed to proccess food continually as without nutrients your body cannot sustain it's needs and expenditures.
If you have an negative attitude to food then there is a problem. When you say your dieting is extreme then there is an underlying problem. Crash dieting actually causes your body to conserve energy as it goes into starvation mode. This is serious and there are better things about a person's looks then her weight. So what if you look thin but you are ill looking and gaunt. That looks far less attractive than having a little bit of weight.
Weight control should be properly managed not forced on your body and you will get great results and look healthy too and vibrant. Try many weight control classes around there are people just like you who wish to diet and you will sensibly and with knowledge of what you are doing and make great friends to encourage each other. Just starving yourself is hopeless as you will either get sick or you will binge and you will look tired, sick and lack energy and certainly will look bad infront of other people.
Your body is a complex organism that requires vitimins, minerals, Iron and other things essential to make you look good and feel good. You damage your body now and when you are older you will really regret it as you will look years older than your are then you will be just miserable all the time and any confidence you have will be gone.
Diet properly and with sound advice and make new friends who like you want to look good and feel great and stay young.
You will never look back.

Maybe people are telling you that because you talk all the time about your diet. I've been on a diabetic diet for 10 years and no one accuses me of being anorexic. Instead I get comments about how healthy I eat.

you don't like to eat? You have to eat whether you like it or not, that fuels your body. A fat person is much healthier than a person who doesn't eat and is super skinny.
About your question, that just proves that people care about you and hope that you are eating and exercising in a healthy way. Don't it the wrong way. You shouldn't do extreme dieting anyway. Just eat only when you're hungry and exercise. That's the best thing to do. Don't do anything extra.

One thing that's probably true is that if people are noticing your dieting, is that it probably IS a little extreme. Try to tone it down a few notches. My sister was anorexic, and it didn't start automatically, she just started dieting normally, then it gradually became more and more extreme until she became anorexic. Your friends are probably just concerned. Try talking to them, nicely, about why you feel that you need to start dieting. It'll help them to understand what your motives are behind it, and that you're not anorexic.

First off not eating is yeah going to make you lose weight but as soon as you eat again you are going to gain it all back and sometimes more.
Not eating is a start of an eating disorder, nothing to mess with. Maybe you should try healthier ways to lose weight. diet=death

It sounds to me like you know you're unhealthy, and you're inviting somebody to confirm that. So, I am. You know that your dieting is extreme, so it is. And you have to eat, you know why? Every time your body does ANYTHING that needs energy, if you don't have food in your stomach, it won't burn fat! It'll just burn muscle. That's right!! You'll just get more and more weak as time goes on. So eat, girl.
