There are self help groups for sex addicts, check in your local telephone books or newspapers. You also need to work on the reason for your addiction. Is it low self esteem. That is self fulfilling, you look for sex to make yourself feel better, then feel bad for having cheated on your girlfriend, then repeat the whole process over and over. Or you could also be a danger junkie, you like the rush of the danger of getting caught, the thrill of the chase, the fun of the conquest. You need to talk to others who have been down the same road and have learned to control the problem. Dont exchange one addiction for another either. But you also need to talk to your girlfriend, it will hurt her and she may break it off with you but you owe it to her to be honest. You dont mention whether you are having safe sex, but both of you should consider getting tested. You could be risking both of your lives.
Remember to take it one day at a time and set small goals, Look for your self esteem within yourself instead of in someone esles eyes, they may have the same issues you do. Good Luck!

maybe you are a sex addict. If it is that serious I would tell your girl cause you wouldnt want her to find out on her own would you could be alot worse if youre not honest. Curing it you should go see a dr they would be able to tell you what to do about this I hope you are being smart and safe at what you do because we do live in a world with AIDS Good Luck!!!

First I must say if you love her than yes you should tell her. Fact of the matter is, if you don't you are lying to her and that is no real relationship. Second yes they have meetings for people with your kinda addiction, I just don't know how to find them. I know it is basically an AA type meeting. All the luck to you.

look up sex addicts on the internet. There should be some groups or counslers you can talk to about it. It can be a serious problem or a condition of an underlying issue.
