The answer should be obvious, but since your asking. DON'T DO IT!!! You WILL ruin your friendship, and it both of you WILL ruin their marriage. Is sex with your best friends hot wife worth risking the loss of your friendship?
You are his friend, you are someone he trusts. Would you like it if your friends went around sleeping with your wife (if you were married) while you were at work?

Oops this reminded my adventure too. in April 2006 one night we dined out together including my friend and his wife three of us, and I hopefully innocently flirted at her once or twice. Previously I visit them almost once in a month kind of close friends. Then few weeks later she called me that she is separating her husband or my good friend and said wants me. I told her that afraid of greed. And soon they become together. It is too dangerious to hangover too close with some people. And now I just realy do not want to visit them and she very likely skipping my visits, sweet deal :-) . She is kind of hotty but I just avoid mess.

If she really wanted YOU, she'd be with you.
