If the antibiotics were prescribed for the upper respiratory infections, that should take care of it. You will need to go to the vet if it doesn't clear up. You need to keep them away from other cats...they could have FeLV, FIV, FIP, all of which are contagious and fatal. There is nothing OTC you can safely give them for the respiratory problem or the burn. I know people don't like to hear this...but pets cost money. When they are sick or injured, they need to go to the vet. Don't get pets if you can't afford a vet visit shortly after you get them...many new pets need to go to the vet, and all new pets should get a checkup. I've seen a lot of people with new cats/kittens with URI's...they take forever to treat because they weren't properly treated to begin with.

Kittens and other pet animals RARELY have any cough or cold. This is a forshadowing symptom of something worse. You need to keep you kittens away from each other, and other cats for that matter. When you do that, just give it time and they will be ok. Thats the cheapest way to go.

Aloe Vera would be good for the burns. If they are on antibiotics, they don't need anything else for their colds/coughs. Be sure they have had their temporary shots to prevent disease. This is important.

Never give an animal human medicine without the vets ok. most are poisonous to pets. if they are on anti biotics they will most likely be ok but call your vet if worried
