Does anyone know how to bump credit inquiries off a credit report fast?

If they are legitimate inquires you can't 'bump' them off the report. If The inquirer did not have your authorization to view your credit and is not a current creditor, you can dispute the inquiry the same way you would dispute inaccurate information in your report.

You can't. It typically takes about two years for a "hard inquiry" to come off your record, though it takes less time for the hit it caused on your credit to bounce back.
