Perhaps you are depriving yourself of necessary nutrients. Is your diet healthy and balanced? Talk to your doctor. Also, you may be experiencing some anxiety related to the changes that you are making. Lifestyle changes can be very emotional. As soon as I started my recent changes I started having increased insomnia, (up by 3am) so I just read, watch the news and work out. I try to use this time productively.

Its best to take your diet pill as early as possible. If you take your diet pill too late it may cause restlessness & the inability to sleep.

You can't sleep cause your body is hungry, it thinks that you will feed it if you stay awake, try a little snack of fruits or yogurt.
