Once you get split ends it is best to get a trim. Getting a trim every 6 weeks will help prevent split ends. In between, use a really good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I like biologe. They also some really good 3 min treatments and leave in treatments. When applying conditioner, start at ends and work up consitrating on the ends.
Also, use a comb on wet hair not a brush and try not to run fingers through hair until it is dry.

Your hair will have to be trimmed every six weeks. Normally, all you have to take off is about 1/8", and that's not much. Go to a Sally's Beauty Supply House and have them recommend a shampoo for you. It's easier for them because they can see your hair. Or, go to your beautician and get a recommendation. They don't necessarily have to be expensive products. Split ends will 'not heal' themselves. When you get the ends looking good, then it's time for a good shampoo and conditioner, and hold off on hair dryers.

YES. Garnier Frutis is an amazing line. They have all you need in the form of split end treatment, conditioner, and shampoo. You will love it I assure you. Not much can fix split ends that are there, but this WILL prevent more, and make your hair healthier. Good Luck!

i don't know much about shampoos, but i do know to avoid getting as many split ends to not straighten your hair 24/7 and don't brush your hair before you dry it.

no, there isn't
at least, not that i know of.
You can help it, though.
Keep it pulled back.
Blowing around in the wind dries hair out.
Also brush it dry, instead of blow dryer
blow dryers dry it out too.
use conditioner, and rub moisterizer on your ends.
i used to have split ends, and all this helped
