A little bit of oil will help the chocolate freely flow. Use a vegetable oil or something to that effect. Nothing that will leave a strong flavor and ruin the chocolate like an olive oil.

Hi, just add a tablespoon of glycerin to the chocolate, it will keep the chocolate runny and shinny.......

I usually use cream melted in with the chocalate & while slightly warm drizzle it down, or a choc ganch`ce is great.

you dont make a sauce - it does it for you. You put the choc in the place indicated in your instructions then you do exactly what the instructions say...................
