I have brown eyes, light brown skin, and naturally, blondish hair. I've been kinda teased for this, and I'd really like to have a darker hair color. What are some good semi-permanant/temporary hair dyes and would I look good brunette?

I would just start out with some low lights. That way you aren't making such a drastic change. Then, if you like it you can gradually go darker. Check this site out :

I think with your brown eyes and skin color you would look great as a brunette! Have fun!

Try some shades of Natural Instincts by Clairol. They have some beautiful shades of brown and they last about 6 weeks even if you shampoo every day.
