If two people(man and woman) meet each other but do not get together right away and either of the two go on to be with someone else, as in dating relations, do you think that the two original people could ever get back together? I mean, it kind of sounds unethical doesn't it?

When I say "unethical" I do not mean teh notion of them getting back together would be unethical. But what they did to each(by dancing with another) other was perhaps unethical
