I wonder the same thing. Actually, I do not believe that what she is doing could be called a dance. Do You?? It is like she is trying to walk around say like a chicken. If you will pay close attention when she is 'dancing'--she will look at the crowd to see where the pretty women are & she will go to that aisle to have a dance with those women. She is supposed to be a comedian but however, what has she said funny lately??? She is a talk show host trying to get good reviews. However, I did like the show with Queen Latifah because they are getting toys together for the children in AMERICA that need it.

I think she just likes to dance. Now you might have a point if you were talking about Taylor Hicks gyrations. Just teasing, my wife and I enjoyed him very much at the concert.

No, that just is her signature trademark. Rosie O'Donnell trademark, per say, was to have those Phoosh balls (sp?) and taking them and sling shotting them towards the audiance and towards the camera. So, she does this to make her stand out from just giving a monologue about nothing and doing some dancing to pass the time until she invites her guests out.

Be-ecau-u-u-use, she's strange? Perhaps I'm going out on a limb with that guess, but yes, I'd say she is MOST DEFINATELY strange; very, very strange. And not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, either.

its not demonic possesion its called hip-hop.... in hip-hop you can just have fun and that is what ellen likes to do. she is famous for that. OF COURSE!
