or at least a few phrases- and I know that they made up a pretty language or at least dictionary of used phrases for the movie.

The special edition of the dvd discusses the language they invented.

Don't try learning it, its not a whole language, just a few sentances for a movie.

Learn spanish, it'll come in handy.

Atlanean language (of course it is a kind of conlang: an artlang) was developed by Marc Okrand, who is the creator of Klingon and Vulcan.
I think it'll be difficult for you to get a "phrase book" of Atlanean. Take a look here:

the story of atlantis is based on myth. the is mo such language to date.

yeah, what that John K guy said...it was on the dvd, just a description....they made up a few phrases...I'd rather learn Japanese.

the language is made up, but if want to learn a dead language Latin is available.
