If any person reads the rulings of cleanliness in Islam, s/he must agree that only Islam enjoins cleanliness as a major issue. Islam has well established rulings on cleaning oneself to purify the body and mind, such as:
1. Ablution is required for prayers being valid.
2. Bath is required after sexual intercourse.
3. Bath is required after wet dream.
4. Cutting nails, cleaning underarm and pubic hairs. (once in a week is recommended, once in 40 days is must)
5. Stay clean from blood, urine, pus and other impure things is must.
6. Cleaning impure clothes with special rules, such as washing them separately and 3 times.
7. keeping the place of prayer is must for validation of prayer.

In Islam you have to wash your face, hands, and feet several times a day before prayer, you have to take shower at least once before Friday prayer, and every time after sexual intercourse. You also have to cut your nails and extra hair in private area and axillary on regular periods. It is recommended to brush teeth before prayers, before sleep and after wake up. Clean clothes are a condition for correct prayer and using perfumes is preferred. All these measures are considered external aspects of cleanness, but more importantly is the cleanness of the heart from serious diseases (arrogance, envy, etc...).

Islam and the Baha'i Faith, because in both religions you perform ablutions, which is washing before prayer. In the Muslim religion, they are obligated to pray five times a day. In the Baha'i Faith, we are obligated to pray once a day, but it is written in our scripture to always be impeccably clean.

I do what I want, when I want, including taking care of myself. I have a very good hygiene. I am an atheist Satanist, but hygiene doesn't come from my spiritual values, it comes from me.
