My hair grows really slow and I was wondering if anyone has tried talking vitamin or pill for there hair to grow alittle faster?? If so, what kind and does it really work? I am open to any suggestions.

I take prenatals every day--and I'm not pregnant. It's an all around good vitamin...helps hair and nails grow fast and strong!

I would go to a local health food store. You could ask someone there to see if there are any products designed for hair growth. (and there are) Or- look in one of their reference books, and they will usually have a list of vitamins that play a part in hair growth, and you could make up your own combo. One of my coworkers has started taking a regular multi-vitamin, and she says her hair started growing faster. You may want to consider getting a high quality shampoo and conditioner- the happier your hair is, the less breakage you will have.

My daughter bought some prenancy vitamins at the health food store. Works for her! Makes her nails grow too.

Go buy some over the counter pre natal vitamins! They work wonders! Also...eat a lot of protein!

All u need 2 do is cut your hair ones in 1-3 months,u have to ask your hairdresser,but there is one better way to make your heir look longer ask heirdresser thes will tell u all

I heard they had something called HEAD STRONG tablets. May be they can make a patch. I would like to keep my liver as free as possible to attend to much needed digestion works.

they actually have special shampoos and conditioners for hair growth. u can find them at any drugstore.Or u can go to the salon and ask about it.
