U need to know first that you are not alone. My neice is 15 and atleast 200 something pounds. I think that you should read about fitness and exercise on the internet. You can also take a class, some type of fitness class. You should also start writing down the things that you like about yourself. Then compare it to the list that you want to change. I am trying to lose weight also. I just need to become disciplined. Meaning eating healthier.You can get some healthy recipes off line and your mother can cook them. Or maybe you can. You are still young so you shouldn't make losing weight your first priority, you should make a healthy diet and good rest and some exercise come first and think positive. It will all come together.

Technically you arent obese. I do understand that being smaller would make you more comfortable. Remember though, you are tall, so you are going to weigh more than your peers. If you would like to lose weight do it without diet pills. Your too young to be consuming various diet products. The best bet would be to eat balanced small snack like meals six times a day instead of three large meals and get a moderate amount of exersize. Maybe take a aerobics class or jazzersize. Seeing a nutritionist will help you setting up a personal plan for you as well.

There is absolutely no reason that you need to lose weight. At that height you are an average weight. Don't pay attention to the number, I know you think that that seems like a big number but I'm sure you look awesome! Just make sure you look and feel healthy and don't base everything on the number that pops up when you step on the scale.

YOu don't need to lose weight but you might Want too ! At 5'9 you must look great at that weight. Us taller people carry it better if you were 4'9 it would be a different story ! Walk and tone up, cut out fast food if you eat any now. I bet you look alot better than some of those boney models that are just dying for a cheeseburger.

hey, i am like an inch shoter than you i think i might be 5 9' i have never measured but 5 8' is aproximent...but i weight 154 pounds and i am almost 15...i think i am fat but people tell me on here that i am not...so some one who is you height and 20 pounds lighter would say your fat but someone your height and 200 pounds would call you skinny..so you have to answer this question "do i like what i look like??'
