Need to find a ceiling fan that can handle heating and regular bulbs - a 3 way lighting set-up would be great.

Not with heating bulbs. The current required for a heating bulb is quite much for a regular electrical circuit, and in a regular light circuit, you may find your ground wires short out first. BAD THING. Consequently I don't know of any lighting mfg company that makes them.

The heating bulbs in some bathrooms have the electrical circuit designed to handle them.
