when your muscle or nerve (not sure) moves on its own ...it feels like a pulse or something...this happens to me lots of time...does it mean ur gaining weight??...know what i mean...sometimes i get it on my thigh and belly...feels like a tiny baby is kicking

That's just your muscles spasming.
Try stretching before exersizing or moving around a lot

thats just muscle spasming
that is a cause of a deficiancy of potassium get some potassium pills (salt doesnt have enough potassioum in it to do any good unless you eat like 10 pounds of salt a day)

its called a spasm.... its caused by a lot of things.... its normal...nothing to worry about, its just your muscle twitching....if it starts to hurt go to your doc for meds to relieve it like flexerill
