In this case, drugs can be your friend. When I fly overseas, I take Tylenol PM -- because you already know that sleeping on the plane will be uncomfortable. But don't do this if you have to change planes at any point!
You might also try a sleep mask. I always take headphones, even though I can't sleep with music on -- it seems to keep people from attempting to talk to me, which would (obviously) disturb my sleep.

I take it you're taking a evening bus holiday. First, a good cup of chamomile tea in the previous you initiate (or taking a thermos of it alongside with you) will enable you to get to sleep. (ascertain to take that potty injury on the station merely in the previous boarding the bus and, jointly as you like to be fairly close to the restroom on the bus, do no longer sit down throughout the time of from or immediately next to it.) Take alongside this sort of earplugs you will possibly take for a rock stay overall performance - and use them. on the different hand, while you're taking alongside an ipod, you should load it with soothing or gentle classical song and use that somewhat of the earplugs. additionally a snooze mask, if that's something you're conscious of making use of and is definitely no longer a distraction. surely take alongside a cushion to sit down down on because of the fact no longer all buses have seats with sufficient stuffing - and take a neck pillow so which you have some neck help and could be greater comfortable. ascertain to take alongside a sweater because of the fact bus temperatures can variety a great deal. %. a seat which will recline fairly or, if the bus isn't packed, % the decrease back "bench" seat or a window seat that has an empty next to it so which you will stretch out some. some drivers won't supply you a difficulty in case you enable your legs carry into the aisles - incredibly while you're close to the rear of the bus. do no longer sit down Over A Wheel; you will experience each and every bump contained in the line inspite of ways good the bus's suspension could be. Have a chuffed Thanksgiving visit!

I love melatonin. It's natural and it works well with no side effects. I take it when ever I travel... It's also great to take during the night when you're trying to adjust your sleeping schedule.

I usually take NyQuil. I know you're not sick but it is very common to get sick on the plane because of circulated air. This way you kill two birds with one stone, plus NyQuil is not as strong as sleeping pills.
