this is an email she replied to me...is she letting me down easy, or is she scareed, like she says she is...because she is only 13 and never been in a relationship before??

well first of all, I don't hate you. second, I haven't been avoiding you either becuase its not been just swimming that I've been busy with its been life.I also haven't been beating around the bush because you never asked me if I did or not. But I haven't ever thought of being more than friends with you because we've always been good friends and I think thats how things should stay.I just don't want to ruin a friendship.hope you've had a good day, and i will talk to you later

Now, I know this is a no, she clearly said she wants to remain friends, and trust me, I am treating that with respect and honor. Now my question is, is she just scared like she said because we have been such good friends for a long time, or because she doesnt see me like that. If she doesnt now, will she

Now , what would she have said she doesnt want to ruin a frienship?? Without meaning it, I asked her straight up to be honest, and I know she isnt lying. What should I do? I mean I know nothing is gonna happen in the near future, but maybe when she matures a little bit, or decides to take the risk to date me, I mean, I like her so much, and am just not ready to let her go. I know she is afraid of me breakin her heart, because she told one of her friends, that she doesnt like how many girlfriends I've had that Ive broken up with. And she really used to act like she liked me, I mean, we obviously had soemthing more than friends, but when I asked her she got scared and backed off. She also told her mom, who she is really closed to, that she is REAALY scared of ruining the frienship. What should I do?

Just be friends because apparently thats all she wants from you. You have to let it go and stop asking her friends and your friends to get in the middle of something that doesn't concern them. She has already told you that all she wants to be is friends just accept that and be happy with being friends. You keep pressuring her and she isn't gonna wanna be your friend. Just be cool and chill out.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but the best thing to do is just keep being her friend. If you keep going on and on like you're doing now, you really will smother her. You should be glad that you're friends; it's better than being nothing at all to each other.

As for your question about will she ever change her mind about you, no one can answer that; only time will tell. If you just stay a good friend to her, and she sees how you act and all (but you have to be yourself), then there's a chance she could change her mind. Also keep in mind that even though there's only a 2 year age difference, (and I'm only assuming this) but do the two of you go to different schools? You say she's 13 so I'm guessing she's still in middle school. If so, then yeah there's a chance she could be a little scared about it; she may not be used to being around much highschoolers. And being that she's 13, she doesn't really know what she wants right now. I think she made a smart choice to put you on hold though, since she doesn't want to ruin the friendship. Her personality still has a lot of maturing to do so what she may like now, she might not like later on and vice-versa. Who knows, you two could probably become the bestest of friends sometime, and then later on down the line could probably even fall in love eventually. It's been known to happen. But just don't get your hopes up.

For now just be her friend, enjoy her company, be there when she needs you, be a good listener when she needs to talk about something, and things should just work out then. I hope I've helped. =)

You want honesty LET IT GO, this is high school drama bull. Pretty soon your going to ruin your friendship too by pushing the point that you want to be with her. She isn't ready to be in a relationship or doesn't want to be with you. As harsh and as cruel as that sounds those are the facts and you just need to live with them. Your 15 you don't eve know what love is yet, you really like her yah but who knows if you will really like her in a year or two. Look if you want to do anything for yourself be her friend because thats what she needs, What she doesnt need is her friend breathing down her neck like a dog sending people online to ask her if she likes him that way or not. No matter what you think you are smothering this girl and your almost obsessed with the idea, just stop dont even write a sorry letter just stop and talk to her personally another time.

guy your young and she's really young but everybody goes through these stages. It sounds like she just wants to keep it cool and have those open options for know. Don't obsess over this let it go and move on. I'm not saying forget her but get that space between each other for a couple of days and flow with the friendship for know. Don't force anythings cuz that's when things get creepy. When her friends ask her about you and she got mad, it was provably cuz their giving her a time about it and she not sure about what she wants. Maybe she thought you where somebody when you were just friends but when it became more you were not that person she wanted in a relationship and this happens a lot so just learn from this and move on.

Unfortunately it really doesn't look good. It's hard to say what she's thinking, maybe she's young and scared or maybe it's something else but at this point she's just not interested. It may even be awkward to try and be friends now. I'd back off completely, not even think about trying to be in a relationship with her (or even friends if it has truly hit the awkward point). Maybe later something will naturally develop, maybe you'll meet someone else. I can remember feeling like this when I was 15, believe me, I know it's probably next to impossible to think about anyone besides her. But the sooner you're lower your focus on uninterested candidates, the easier this whole process is going to be for you. Many times the loss of attention makes women more interested for one thing.

Dude. I didn't read that epic either, but one thing is true. YOU ARE FIFTEEN!! You will have your heart broken many times and will break others. Before it is all over, you will sleep with a hundred women and, hopefully settle down with one. Don't take this stuff too seriously. I know it's the most important thing to you now, but trust me. I can't remember anyone I knew when I was fifteen and surely don't care about the girl problems I had.
I say to relax, do what is right by people and go with the flow.
Enjoy life.
On the other hand I wish I was in your situation.

Look, pushing it will only make matters worse. She is not interested in you as more than a friend. Just act like you never thought about it. If things change later, they change later, but you can't just hang around waiting for one person. Chill and drop it. She's getting mad because you put her in a corner, and she had to come up with something nice to say since you're her friend, but if you keep pushing, she's gonna skip the boat. There are plenty of girls out there, believe me. The ones that make you miserable aren't worth the trouble.

I feel for you.
She's probably is just as scared as you are. Love is a tricky business even for those of us who've been around. What you two really need in a nice long F2F, without anyone else getting in the middle. Promise each other to be honest and to be accepting of each other's feelings, and start from the premise that you do care for each other. Then just talk it out. If she's not ready, don't push it. Stay close, be good to her, and your day may come.
Good luck.

You guys are just kids and have a lot of growing up to do. She can't explain it any more clearer; she just wants to be friends. You can want or believe or interpret what you want but no means no.

You should not be so head over heels with a 13 year old. She's very young girl. Move on; drop the drama and have fun. Your young and you'll have lots of crush's
