This is what I do:
Take a hot shower, let the water soothe your face..I assume it reduces puffiness.
If that still doesn't help, Preperation H for about 20 min then wipe it off gently and all of it. Don't get medicated for under your eyes. That skin is the softest most delicate skin, just like your eyelids. 20 min max or else you might feel a tingle. It's shiny and ugly so do this before you go out.
Concealer, very light concealer is my last option. It has to have yellow or green in it to reduce the darkness that comes with the puffiness.
I hope this helps!!! I feel like mine will never go away but usually one of these steps does the trick or a combo.
I've tried cucumbers but I don't have the time for that. Tea bags sounds like it would work too, but again no time for that either.

Buy a gel mask that goes over your eyes from your local target or bed bath and beyond. Put it in the freezer until the gel is solid. Lay the frozen pack over your eyes after whatever causes them to be puffy happens (crying etc). In the morning or a little while later the amount that they swell will decrease greatly.

I saw this trick on that VH1 show I'm Marrying A Brady , Adrianne Curry did this
Take two tablespoons, freeze them, then press gently around the eye, its basically what boxers use while in the corner after being hit in the face alot, the cold metal shrinks down the swelling. The spoons help pressure the swelling out of your face because of the shape and they are metal.
Give it a shot!

Lol. the only element I e stumbled directly to information is reducing a lemon and with that lemon slice persist with honey on your face. Wait 15-20 minutes. bathe as customary & do no longer wash your face with facial cleansers. The lemon and honey act as a air purifier & an anti-inflammatory. countless the final treatments are the oldest ones. absolutely everyone locate something extra helpful please enable me understand:) wish this facilitates

I used to have puffy eyes in the morning, but I bought a relax wrap. I freeze it in a plastic bag overnight, and in the morning I put it on my eyes for about 7 minutes. It really works. Here's a link to it.

Also, drink lots of water.

It's gross but really, Preparation H. I used it once and it worked. What it does- it tightens up the skin used on. Thats how it gets rid of Hemorroids when used that way. But really , if you apply a decent amount around your eyes it will work. Be careful not to get it inside your eyes, its burns like crazy.

Some say use cucumbers. Take a relaxing bath (bubble bath), slice up cucumbers. Get in the bathtub, put cucumbers on your eyes and relax.
Also, some say, if you have bags under your eyes, use some preperation H and it will take that swelling down.

Cold cloth, cucumbers, basically anything thats is cool and you can stand sitting on your eyes for a bit. Or perhaps an anti-inflamitory (Advil). Otherwise, just more sleep! :)
