Those two books are responsible for more death, chaos, and torture than any weapon, nation, or other philosophy. Holy wars, murder, torture, etc. Religion is true evil with a colorful veil to blind the weak minded. "In the name of god" is the most dangerous phrase ever said.

Depends. The Bible is obviously a true weapon of mass-destruction.
It's the descendants of Bible-Thumpers who actually created the worst possible WMD's which can annihilate the world hundreds of times
and it is them who still possess them and don't want others to obtain them. But ironically the Atheist Communists are responsible for the mass-slaughter of the highest number of people in the shortest period of time in HUMAN HISTORY. They needn't any Bible or Koran. The Koran tells Muslims to fight and slaughter--but to fight
their persecutors and who fight against them in active legal military combat but it also unlike the Bible sets limits. You won't find anywhere in Koran--God dictating mass murders of innocent civilians, women or children. So, get some education before asking loose ignorant questions.

That can be both yes and no. The real weapons are people who use them to justify what they do in the name of God.
