ok im getting my ears piercedtodayandhow do i clean them and does it hurt throw me some info fast

Go to a licensed professional. Be sure the store has their license up to date. (((Do not let your buddy do the old, freeze with ice, then use a needle and wallet trick!! OUCH!))) For several weeks you should clean the piercings two or three times daily with the solution your licensed professional sells. Claires has a great solution that does not sting. Be sure to use the solution after you shower or wash your face or get sweaty. Keep your hair pulled back for the first few days and don't spray perfume, hairspray or let makeup get on your ears until they heal. Wash your hands before touching your ears. Don't let admiring family or friends touch your ears without washing hands first. My suggestion is to get the earrings that are white gold instead of yellow gold or stainless steel. Less people have alergic reactions to the white gold than the other two.

Be sure to get them peirced with a needle as most infections for ear lobe peircings are due to the incapability to PROPERLY clean the "guns". After they are peirced by a PROFESSIONAL, they will then instruct you as to the aftercare, if they do not then you choose the wrong person! In such a case, I recomend a 1/4tsp of sea salt to 8oz boiling water. You will want to have a shot glass or BRAND NEW OUT OF THE PACKAGE gauze. You will want to fill the shot glass or dampen the gauze when the water is a tolerable temperature and soak your ears for 5 mins EACH TWICE A DAY. :) Good luck!

No, I didn't think that it hurt and I have 3 holes in each ear. They just put the gun up to your ear and say 1...2...3... and then it's done. Just feels like a pinch or something. They should give you some cleaning stuff if not use rubbing alcohol and make sure you twist your earrings a few times a day.

It does sting
You clean them by using rubbing alchol on a tissue, and running the tissue around the two bases of the stud earrings.
You can do that 2 times a day to keep them clean.

No It does not hurt it. is very quick as fast as you can snap your fingers! They usually give you some cleaning solution or you can use rubbing alchol. keep them clean and turn them often .I have 19 piercings 8 in one ear 7 in the other my nose my eyebrow and my boobs(you gotta have somewhere to hang your keys!)

it doesnt hurt its just a little shocking. the person who pierces u will cover all the stuff u need to do to clean them

u clean them with hydrogen peroxide, and it doesn't hurt really only for like a second. it's really not tat bad. i got mine pierced when i wa like 7 and i didn't cry, so there u go. good luck!

FYI..Daughter has tried to get hers pierced about ten times. Infection each time. But that is not the "Norm". Everyone is different.

it'll more burn than hurt. They should provide you w/ cleaner.
