I think maybe a pinch nerve. How about trying an Ice pack or a Heat Pack on the right arm. I notice that when i'm on the computer/laptop all day or longer then normal I will get pain in my right or left arm all day.

The question wasn't very specific so I will do the best I can with the information that I have. You may have pulled a tendon. Maybe you overlifted and your muscles are very sore. Maybe there was a dislocation. I'm just not sure. Do you play sports? Are you involved in a physical job? It all depends on what you were doing.

A pulled muscle. Make sure you didn't break it. Put a muscle rub on before you go to bed, and put a heat wrap around it. Works for me every time!!!!

are you cutting off the circulation? it's the left arm that indicates a heart attack. for women, if you can't smile, you may be having a stroke. think I got some of that correct. obviously if it persists, see your doctor.
