You need to be competitive: a celebrity, rich, handsome, maybe a doctor or lawyer . . . nice car, big house on the hill, no baggage from before like alimony, child support and worse.

I would suggest you tell her you just want to have dinner as friends and expect nothing in return. She may think you are expecting some thing from her and may be afraid of that. After you tell her that and she still says maybe, then sorry but she really means NO! So if you get the same reaction the second time as you did the 1st than dont ask again. good luck.

Just ask her out. And no last minute thing. Plan ahead and ask her well before the night, say a week. That shows her that she is central to your week and a VIP. Be romantic and put some thought into what you are going to say if she asks where you will take her or use it as a temptation devise if she seems like faltering in her answer. Tell her what you've got planned.

okay here is the deal, u first need to know her name and then say: hey hows it going persons name. Would you like to go out to dinner with me? But what ever you do dont say lines becauz 99% of girls dont go for guys who say lines!!! If i were u i would start up the conversation with a joke or do something funny because most likely she will laugh or have trouble not laughing and she will want to go out with you!!! Another tip on the second date take her to the park to get to know her better or a picnic!!! well i have to go!! bye!!!

Wait a couple days before asking her again, she may have been really busy or had something going on. Ask once more in a couple of days, but if she doesn't accept or give you her number she's probably not interested.

be an a$$hole thts what i do. if she dont like you oh well there's atleast three ladies to one on the earth, i could live with three ladies could you?its a new age to man, lezbo action every where so chances of finding a good woman any way is pretty slim. i gave up and just preffer to be treated like a piece of meat by most women, i mean hell if you dont have to live with em and you can stil get soe freaky grove on why not aye.

When you're near her say to her; 'hey , I'm really hungry, want to go grab a bite to eat?' If that doesnt work, the next time you see her ask her what kinds of food she likes, then suggest that you two meet there for your treat.
