I certainly hope that she is on treatment, her OB schedules a C-section, and that the baby is started on treatment immediately after birth.
I would hope that the boyfriend is made aware of the situation - although that probably would be a HIPPA violation.
It speaks to the need to USE A CONDOM if you have any reason to believe you're not in a monogamous relationship.
And, I think there are some states where someone who is HIV positive has sex with someone, without telling the partner of their status, can be arrested for some degree of assault against the partner.

the HIV antibody test can cross react with the protein/antibodies produced by pregnancy.
This woman should get re-evaluated.

i hope shes aware of the fact that if she has sex and doesnt tell her partner she has hiv she can be charged with manslaughter
