No problem. Just make sure you delete all the dodgy ones. The best thing to do is get a 2nd mobile, and keep it hidden.

The only time it's ok to look through someone's mobile phone is IF you suspect they're having an affair. Otherwise, I'd say it's an invasion of privacy.

Have you given your partner any reason to believe that you're untrustworthy? If you have then that's probably why they're looking through your phone. Try showing your partner more affection and spend time with them. They're probably just feeling a little insecure and think you're no longer interested.

Yes I think the mobile phone is one of the most special things a person can hold. and the fact that a person can just go through one that doesnt belong to them is a gross violation of privacy and really should not be allowed. Paranoia is the only reason I can think of somebody doing that. What goes on between me and my phone is my business and nobody elses.

I think people should be allowed privacy BUT I did look through my ex fellas phone because I was planning a surprise party for his birthday and thought his dumbass mate had told him about it. I found messages from his other woman then read what he sent to her, not good. Was gutted but glad I found out when I did before looked even more a fool.

if you have nothing to hide, then no big deal, do the same to them. Guarantee after a few times, your partner will stop. People should have their privacy. Some people feel insecure in their relationships too, could be cause of checking on you.

No it is not okay for your parthner to go through your mobile phone. Everyone deserves some level of privacy. There are certain lines your not suppose to cross. Supposing your having relationship problems and you asked your friend for advice would you like your significant other to brows through your phone and read your private thoughts. I think everyone is entitled to their private thoughts and going through your phone is the same as reading your diary or reading your personal thoughts. There are somethings that are not needed to be said and put out in the open.

As long as you dont have nothing to hide i really dont see the problem, but if you do, just make sure you erase everything, the recieved/sent messages and the in and out going calls.

It's not ok for your significant other to do that. Unless you're married, when you're no longer two people but one, it's not okay. Even when you're married, you can still make a decision - the two of you - to respect that privacy in your husband / wife.

I don't have a problem with my man checking my phone I don't think he would have a problem with me checking his...we have nothing to hide. We respect each others privacy and wouldn't do it out of distrust, but it wouldn't cause a problem.
