Where The Angels Desire To Be
The hardest thing any parent has ever known
Is continuing after a child is called Home.
Mother's heart is bursting; Dad's suffers agony,
And so grieves all of that child's loving family.
Though part of you has left and gone so far away
Just think of the reunion in heaven some day.
We hurt because the child left in such haste,
But through the grief, find this facet of grace:
Veiled in the crystal tears for only you to see
Are images of her new home, so heavenly.
Now she has taken up residence in the house of our Lord,
So she lives forever where our heart-treasures are stored!
Your daughter is with you more than she could ever be
Were she still confined in physical humanity.
Since your baby is with God, and God is with you,
Take comfort, for her spirit lingers nearby too.
Though the radiant child has entered that sleep,
The Blessing she's been is something you keep.
The meaning of her precious life will not ever end,
And you are lifted in the prayers of all your friends.
Nicki is in God's presence, also with you, for eternity,

Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.

I agree with C iity. Write your own personal poem that shares the pain and your emotional feelings for this elegy or eulogy. My condolescences. It's always best to have one come from your heart than from another source.
