My new favorite BBQ sauce is Bronco Bob's Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. It's sweet and smokey and great on ribs, pulled pork, or brisket.

This recipe:
Uncle Alvins BBQ sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 quarts cider vinegar
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix together cider vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, light brown sugar, and hot pepper sauce. Stir until salt and brown sugar have dissolved. Cover, and let stand at least 3 hours before using as a basting sauce or serving on meat.

IMHO Corky's is the best. Corky's is a BBQ joint in Memphis that is amazing. You can alos get ribs, pulled pork, pecan pies, beans, etc. all delivered by FedEx.
I have been to the one in Memphis and have it delivered once or twice a year to New England. Everyone who has tasted it has agreed that so far, it is the best! But what do I know. I grew up in Vermont!
