Both are nice but I would go with width first

I truly believe it's how you use "it" because you can have both length and width and just do a really bad job. But you can have neither and know exactly how to "use it"! Thats what is IMPORTANT! knowledge of usage!

to me it doesn't matter. you can be huge and don't know what hell your doing to a smaller and got tricks up there selves and your like wow! I think it doesn't matter as long as you know what your doing Its hard to please a girl,we are all different and require different techniques.
