Metaphorically speaking no, because you need a woman to complete the circle of life...
But in the real world, men are ok to be by themselves if they so choose, just as women dont have to be bogged down either. It is truly up to each individual and their own personal choices.
Men today can cook, clean, shop, bathe and fend for themselves. They dont always need a woman.

You don't need a woman to be happy. Never go into a relationship expecting that person to make you happy and complete. It's YOUR job to do that. Having a woman in your life should just be like icing on a cake-- nice to have, but not necessary.
